Title: Instrument Technician - II
Location: Millsboro, DE 19966
Duration: 6 Months
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Excel

Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and utilize calibration software

Strong communication skills for interaction with onsite teams and external vendors

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
-
Customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively

Experience in a GMP or industrial equipment environment preferred

Willingness to perform field calibration work in lab, cleanroom, and utility environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pipette calibrations and support P-1 and P-2 Calibration Technicians with equipment calibrations
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and third-party service providers
- Maintain tracking and inventory of all third-party calibration equipment across departments
- Manage the shipment of calibration equipment to and from vendors
- Ensure proper stocking of consumables and gases required for calibration activities
- Perform field calibration work in laboratory, cleanroom, and utility environments
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication skills for interaction with both onsite teams and offsite vendors
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Experience in a GMP or industrial equipment environment preferred
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills and teamwork
