Job Description
Title: Field Support Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Onsite

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
End-user of client services is a big part of the role
Team Overview:
Candidate will be working as part of a team
Resource's typical working day:
Licenses/Certifications:
A+ certification is not required but a big plus
Must Have Skills:
• Good technical skills, good customer service
Nice to have skills:
• Large company work > 10,000 end-users
• Commercial Real Estate, Banking or Law firm support work
• Experience with Apple iOS
• Adobe Acrobat
Nice to have skills:
Soft Skills:
Years of Experience:
5+ years
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 3 years extra experience
Software skills:
MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Interview Process:
1st round Technical Interview
2nd round Cultural Interview with hiring manager
3rd round onsite Interview with office leader

- Candidate will be supporting users within the office building they are working in
- Work comes in through a ticketing system
- General desk top support
- Hardware/software support
- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
