Job Title: Deviated Pricing Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Department: Pricing

Overview:
The Deviated Pricing Manager will lead a specialized team focused on executing and scaling the company’s deviated pricing (2P/3P) programs. This is a newly created role designed to improve focus, compliance, and scalability within pricing operations. The manager will oversee a team of 4 and be responsible for ensuring manufacturer agreements are accurately implemented, customer eligibility is properly vetted, and pricing programs operate without gaps. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and analytical leader who can manage workflows, enforce accountability, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Vendors, and Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of 4 focused on deviated pricing execution and contract management
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of deviated pricing programs (2P/3P contracts)
• Ensure accurate implementation of manufacturer agreements, including pricing, eligibility, and timelines
• Validate and audit customer eligibility for specific pricing programs (e.g., segment-specific discounts like education)
• Drive compliance and eliminate pricing gaps, ensuring contracts are active and accurate at all times
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Vendors to manage deal activation, renewals, and enhancements
• Identify opportunities to expand and scale deviated pricing programs
• Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Serve as a key point of contact for pricing-related issues across internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage systems (PeopleSoft, PROS/Conga) to ensure accurate pricing execution and data integrity
Hard Requirements:
• 3+ years of pricing, contract management, or related analytical experience
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience (direct or indirect)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Experience working in ERP systems (PeopleSoft or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfortable working with vendors and building external relationships

Bonus / Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with deviated pricing (2P/3P contracts)
• Background in distribution, wholesale, or B2B environments
• Experience with pricing tools such as PROS or Conga
• Exposure to pricing operations or contract lifecycle management
• Process improvement or project management experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field)
