Role: Automic Tech Lead
Location: Remote - occasional visits to client location Allentown PA for PI planning etc (once a quarter)
Duration : 15 Months

• Automic operations & monitoring expertise (monitoring, alerting, notifications; day-to-day support)
• Upgrade & platform maintenance ownership (version upgrades, patch deployments, environment health checks)
• Technical leadership & stakeholder communication (guiding team members, resolving issues, coordinating timelines/delivery)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Automic Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the Automic upgrade and day-to-day operations and support of Automic. They will receive direction from the Technical Manager supporting Automic.
Skills required include:
• Experience monitoring, alerting, and notification features within Automic.
• Skilled in managing version upgrades, patch deployments and environmental health checks.
• Ability to provide guidance to other team members regarding Automic.
• Coordinating with team members, assisting in project timelines, and resolving technical issues.
• Ensuring project goals are met and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Interacting with stakeholders, conducting project scope, timelines, and resources decision-making.
• Monitoring and evaluating new technologies and trends.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, leadership abilities, strong communication, and Agile skills. Experience in a similar role is required and the candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
