Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer III
Duration: 3 Months (High likelihood of extension up to 13 months + possible conversion)
Location: Seattle, WA
About the Role
The UX Designer III will support Client’s Outbound Program, which focuses on customer communication channels such as email, push notifications, and WhatsApp. This role involves designing and optimizing user experiences for outbound marketing campaigns, as well as contributing to internal tools and design systems.

About the Role
The UX Designer III will support Client’s Outbound Program, which focuses on customer communication channels such as email, push notifications, and WhatsApp. This role involves designing and optimizing user experiences for outbound marketing campaigns, as well as contributing to internal tools and design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve email notifications and outbound communication experiences (~30%)
- Contribute to internal tools development (SONAR platform) (~30%)
- Support innovation and design improvements across teams (~30%)
- Assist in creating presentations and assets for major campaigns (High Velocity Events)
- Review and maintain design templates and component libraries
- Collaborate with UX and Visual Designers to ensure consistency and quality

Required Skills (Top 3 Must-Have)
- Strong experience with Figma (hands-on, daily use required)
- Experience in E-commerce
- Solid UX design fundamentals (research, wireframing, prototyping, usability)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in large-scale organizations (e.g., big tech)
- Experience with marketing or outbound communication channels
- Exposure to conversational commerce or AI-driven experiences
- Experience with internal/admin tools
- Background in social media or digital marketing
Experience Requirements
- Strong UX design experience
- Experience in marketing or outbound channels (email, push, messaging)
- Experience working on complex tools or platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
