Skill 3 – Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication 
Skill 4 – Process Mapping & Gap Analysis 
Skill 5 - UAT & Validation Support - UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
Skill 6 - IT Delivery Model Awareness - agile, waterfall, or hybrid

IT Business Analyst (eQMS) Project Overview: TrackWise Digital eQMS implementation
 
Role Scope / Deliverables:

• The IT Business Analyst for TWD serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with operational needs. This role partners with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise systems and digital initiatives.
• The analyst translates complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT development and implementation teams.
• They facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• The role ensures solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with global standards and strategic objectives.
• They work closely with IT to prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs, and support agile or hybrid delivery models.
• The analyst supports testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and validation of system functionality against requirements.
• They act as a liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
• The role also contributes to change management by supporting training, documentation, and user adoption efforts.

Key Skills: background in Quality function, excellent communication skills, IT background in eQMS systems or similar collaborative
