Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic, creative leader to shape how Snapdragon shows up in retail around the world. Working with both internal creative leads and agency partners, the manager will own the development, design, and global deployment of Snapdragon’s retail messaging and marketing toolkits—ensuring the brand is consistently represented, clearly communicated, and compelling at every point of sale.
In this role, you’ll engage in cross?functional collaboration across product marketing, retail fixture teams, sales, regional teams, and brand governance. You will guide day?to?day decisions on creative direction and messaging, bringing your expertise in the retail channel to help strengthen Snapdragon’s presence in global retail environments.
Success requires strong agency leadership, tight regional & cross-functional alignment, and the ability to deliver work that is on?brand, high?quality, and on time. An ability to measure the effectiveness of centralized retail go?to?market programs—and use insights to drive continuous improvement—is essential.
The ideal candidate is a retail and consumer?channel expert with strong creative skills and a track record in product storytelling, merchandising, and point?of?sale execution. They understand the nuances of regional markets and excel at delivering scalable programs that resonate across diverse retail landscapes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Accountability
- Oversee global retail messaging and toolkit delivery worldwide, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities.
- Drive the full suite of retail creative assets, leading agency partners, guiding decision?making, and integrating cross?functional input to produce channel?relevant deliverables.
- Own cross-functional accountability to deliver seasonal toolkits and retail assets on time and at quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with global marketing, sales, creative, regional teams, product marketing, and governance to ensure cohesive messaging and scalable global execution.
Regional Support & Collaboration
- Intake regional needs and feedback to inform toolkit development and prioritization.
- Provide strategic guidance to regions on execution of global messaging, retail fixtures, and toolkit adoption.
- Ensure alignment between global programs and local retail execution requirements.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in toolkit development workflows, agency operations, and cross-functional processes.
- Support and evolve reporting mechanisms—such as performance measurement and toolkit usage reporting.
- Leverage insights to recommend improvements that enhance regional enablement and retail impact.
Internal Communication & Enablement
- Feed in to internal communications to ensure the organization is informed about retail messaging, seasonal toolkits, creative availability, and updates.
- Build awareness and understanding of retail enablement programs across internal teams as needed.
