Job Description
Title: Instructional Designer Lead
Duration 6 months; Mon–Fri
Location: Remote
Hours: 8AM–5PM (EST)

Performance measured by: Observation; review of materials
Interview process: 2 round of video interview

Duration 6 months; Mon–Fri
Location: Remote
Hours: 8AM–5PM (EST)

- Industry specific: No (any industry is fine)
- Design course material for online learning
- Performs analysis activities including task & audience analyses, usability sessions, and performance/skill gap research
- Designs and develops course materials for online learning, instructor-led (virtual, in-person and hybrid), performance support and media-based solutions
- Parses complex content and concepts into easier-to-understand sections
- Distributes draft course materials, solicits feedback, revises accordingly
- Program team members, business analysts, change consultants, cross functional process owners and other learning professionals within Progressive
