Position Title: Recruiter: II
Work Location: 1201 S 4800 W, Salt Lake City, UT, USA 84104
Assignment Duration: 7 months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50% onsite / 50% remote)
Position Summary:
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline in a given geographic area
- Conduct TA phone screens and schedule interviews
- Draft, negotiate, and extend offers, including for senior positions
- Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers
- Advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies
Qualification & Experience:
- Solid 1–2 years of sourcing experience along with full life cycle recruiting
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, and other sourcing platforms
- Experience extending offers to candidates, including senior-level
- Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
