Roles and Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for managing all aspects of Early Talent acquisition for your respective business.
- Interviewing, scheduling, and working with new graduates.
- Working on projects. Admin work like offer letters.
- These responsibilities include creating and delivering presentations on and off campus.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies, through all stages of the recruiting pipeline.
- The position will partner with Program Managers, University Relations, and the other Early Talent Recruiters to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated talent needs.
- Working with the team to create and execute a consistent campus recruiting and branding strategy across our business lines will be crucial to your success in the role.
- This position will focus on proactively attracting, identifying, and selecting top talent from campuses across Canada in support of your respective business line.
- Managing social media deliverables, planning, managing, and executing events and large-scale conferences, assessing candidates via interview and screening, managing the referral process internally, leveraging HR technologies, candidate tracking, and management (including data collection).
Must Have Hard Skills:
- 3+ years of work experience in talent attraction, having exhibited a high degree of performance
- Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
- Strong computer skills, with an ability to utilize our internal applicant tracking system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Some project management skills or experience
- Positive attitude and good communication with stakeholders
Soft Skills:
- Ability to be effective in both a team and an independent working environment
- Critical thinking with an ability to see the "big picture" in a complex matrixed environment
- Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn and make an impact
- Problem-solving and analytical capability
