Job Description

Title:  Recruitment Coordinator II
Duration: 9 Months (Possibility of Extension and Permanent
Location:   Toronto, ON, M5K 1A2

Schedule: M-F 9 am to 5 pm (Hybrid 4 days a week in office)
Training Period: 3 months

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for managing all aspects of Early Talent acquisition for your respective business.
  • Interviewing, scheduling, and working with new graduates.
  • Working on projects. Admin work like offer letters.
  • These responsibilities include creating and delivering presentations on and off campus.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies, through all stages of the recruiting pipeline.
  • The position will partner with Program Managers, University Relations, and the other Early Talent Recruiters to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated talent needs.
  • Working with the team to create and execute a consistent campus recruiting and branding strategy across our business lines will be crucial to your success in the role.
  • This position will focus on proactively attracting, identifying, and selecting top talent from campuses across Canada in support of your respective business line.
  • Managing social media deliverables, planning, managing, and executing events and large-scale conferences, assessing candidates via interview and screening, managing the referral process internally, leveraging HR technologies, candidate tracking, and management (including data collection).

Must Have Hard Skills:
  • 3+ years of work experience in talent attraction, having exhibited a high degree of performance
  • Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
  • Strong computer skills, with an ability to utilize our internal applicant tracking system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Some project management skills or experience
  • Positive attitude and good communication with stakeholders

  • Ability to be effective in both a team and an independent working environment
  • Critical thinking with an ability to see the "big picture" in a complex matrixed environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn and make an impact
  • Problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Adaptable with the ability to quickly adjust to a changing environment

Nice-To-Have
  • HR designation
  • Ability to effectively sell and market positions within the same Bank Group
  • Experience in the Financial Industry is an asset
  • Experience with Workday
