What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for salaried roles across various countries in North and South America, including strategy, sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer management.

Act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.

Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines across key markets and disciplines, using market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques.

Represent and promote the employer value proposition in local and regional talent markets, ensuring consistent and compelling candidate messaging.

Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences by managing communications, feedback loops, and interview logistics with precision and care.

Drive process efficiency and compliance using the Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiter), maintaining data integrity and adhering to local labor laws and internal audit standards.

Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with recruiting peers, sharing best practices and supporting team development across the region.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required.

At least 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a multinational environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Demonstrated ability to manage international recruitment across multiple markets.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
