The group is responsible for all aspects of thirdparty management, including sourcing, risk assessment, contracting, onboarding, monitoring and offboarding. As the firms outsourcing needs have increased in volume and complexity, this teams responsibilities have also grown over time.Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, this Senior Manager will lead category management, strategic sourcing and spend management activities across a portfolio of complex, enterprise categories, which may include Marketing, Professional Services, Financial Services and Market Data, Technology Services and Applications, and other indirect spend categories as business needs evolve, to deliver cost savings across the firm. They will lead crossfunctional teams to achieve optimal total cost of ownership and mitigate risk for the firm.What youll do:Lead the planning, implementation and execution of strategic sourcing strategiesLead contracting support, planning, and expertise across key vendor relationshipsBuild relationships and effectively partner across varied functions with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleagues to influence changePerform market analysis, benchmark analysis and spend analysis for focused categories Collaborate with senior functional leaders to establish, develop and present business case and costbenefit analysis to stakeholdersManage a portfolio of business supporting the Schwab enterprise functions.
