Title: Material Handler
Location: Carrollton, Texas 75007
Duration: 3 months
Shift Timings- Monday to Friday - 7 :00 am to 4 :00 pm

Job Description
This role is responsible for replenishing workstations, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting with daily unloading of UPS trucks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle physically demanding tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish production workstations (stow/pack) with materials such as totes, pallets, and boxes to prevent workflow interruptions
• Offload UPS trucks daily and ensure proper handling of incoming shipments
• Maintain continuous workflow by managing inventory and restocking supplies
• Remove waste materials, including cardboard and packaging debris
• Operate pallet jacks to move materials and supplies within the warehouse
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to read, understand, and follow English instructions
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience using RF scanners
• Knowledge of inventory management and material handling processes
• Experience operating pallet jacks

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• High-paced role with continuous activity (up to 90% of the shift)
• Requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting during an 8-hour shift
• Physically demanding role requiring stamina and consistency
• Flexibility to work weekends or additional hours as needed
