Job Description
Position: Sr. Test Engineer
Location: Remote USA
Duration: 18 Month
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, experienced in test automation and infrastructure and capable of making the changes necessary to increase the automation coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness. The candidate will have proven experience leading projects, in test framework design and implementation, CI/CD integration, daily regression environments, and broad knowledge of various test functions & types such as integration, functional, load/performance, user workflows, system, and mobile. The candidate recognizes the value of effective testing that is traceable to specifications and is compliant with regulatory expectations.
This Engineer analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action, consults with software development engineers in resolution of problems and is responsible to train junior engineers for the tasks required to complete and be a mentor to support engineers’ growth.

Required Skills:
- Must have knowledge of Android and/or iOS devices, including debugging, installation, and configuration.
- Must have proficiency with SW automation testing preferably with Mobile Automation
- Must have experience with design, develop, execute, and maintaining automated and manual test scripts and frameworks.
- Contribute to release process improvements
- Analyze failures and collaborate with development teams to ensure root cause is investigated
