We are looking for a Building Engineer based in Colorado Springs, CO, who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating facilities critical assets, repair and renewal of - Chillers and chilled water systems, CRAC units, R TO's, Triangle Tube boilers and heating water systems, fireman system and control panels, eFevators and inspections, potable water systems, pumps and motors
• Daily building and energy optimization using Siemens Desigo BAS
• Operates Tririga LM Buildings CMMS systems for work orders, PM'st FCA's, projects, inventory, operation maintenance and risk assessments
• Negotiate contracts and relationships with contractors and suppEiers
• Project management of mechanical systems replacement — capital and non-capital
• Manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
• Manage cost savings and energy programs from Colorado State funds, Colorado Springs Utilities, Go Green program, client's programs and consultants
• Ability to write SOW's, RFP's, Mop's as needed for projects
• Other duties as assigned or required by the scope of work
• US citizens with the ability to obtain secret clearance
• Ability to respond to facility emergencies as needed

Here's what you'll need

• AS degree or trade school certificate in Environment Control with 6-8 years job related experience

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
• Universal CFC certification required
• Microsoft Office knowledge such as Word. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
