Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IVA Specialist to join the Digital Lab team, supporting the development and execution of Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) for HCP marketing. This role focuses on building, managing, and routing Veeva CLM content within a highly regulated environment.
This is an execution-focused role, ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise in digital content tools rather than senior or managerial experience.

Work Setup
- Location: Mettawa, Illinois, USA, 60045 (Hybrid)
Candidates must be local to Illinois or open to commuting to North Chicago as needed - Onsite presence may vary (weekly or monthly based on business needs)
- Candidates must be comfortable traveling at their own expense when required
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IVA Specialist to join the Digital Lab team, supporting the development and execution of Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) for HCP marketing. This role focuses on building, managing, and routing Veeva CLM content within a highly regulated environment.
This is an execution-focused role, ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise in digital content tools rather than senior or managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build Veeva CLM (IVA) content using assets provided by marketing teams
- Work within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and manage digital content
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for design updates and enhancements
- Route completed assets through the Material Review Process (MRP)
- Maintain and manage a library of reusable components and templates
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital assets
- Provide feedback and enhancement ideas for the Veeva CLM platform
- Participate in feedback sessions with agencies and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 3+ years of experience working with Veeva CLM / IVA development
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong understanding of digital content workflows and asset management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in digital marketing, interactive agencies, or pharma environments
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on contributor, not a people manager or senior leadership profile
- Strong combination of technical tools rather than partial exposure
- Experience working with IVAs, CLM, or similar digital marketing assets
- Able to quickly adapt and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Additional Insights
- Candidates with at least 3 out of 4 key tools (AEM, Figma, PromoMats, Veeva CRM) will be prioritized
- Strong preference for candidates who align closely with the required toolset
- Veeva PromoMats is used for content review workflows and approvals
- Veeva CRM is used for distributing IVAs to devices like iPads
- IVAs are part of CLM within the Veeva ecosystem
