As an HRIS Analyst, your mission is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of all People process data within SuccessFactors, providing seamless experience for recruiters, People Business Partners, and employees. You will manage and maintain the system’s core data, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues, and support users to guarantee that People processes run smoothly and efficiently across the organization.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up to date employee data within SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity across all modules.
Handle and own SFSFs-related ticket resolution.
Escalation of L2 tickets to external consultants for follow-up and resolution.
Provide support on configuration changes, updates, and system enhancements in coordination with H2R Manager.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting recruiters, People Business Partners, managers, or employees.
Provide day-to-day operational support to People teams regarding system processes, workflows, and data queries.
Perform regular data audits, validations, and reconciliations to ensure high quality reporting and compliance.
Assist in the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, functionalities, or integrations and in the testing of them in coordination with People Operations Manager.
Create and update documentation, including process guides, SOPs, and system training materials.
Deliver training sessions and provide guidance to People teams and end users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
Support the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics for People and business leaders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline People processes and automate manual tasks whenever possible.
Support in other People tools like Power Bi and Qualtrics.
Requirements
Upper-intermediate English (80-85%)
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Professional experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, working with SuccessFactors, HR data systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of ticketing tools like 4me, JIRA or Zendesk is a strong plus.
Excel middle-high level.
Skills: Analytical mindset with solid skills in data validation, reporting, and problem solving. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
