Job Summary
- Position: General Dentistry
- Location: Eureka, California
- Assignment Duration: 3 months minimum
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 04/20/2026
- Care Setting: Outpatient
- Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Patient Demographics: 50/50 kids/adults
Key Requirements
- Licensure: Active DEA required
- Board Certification: Not required
- Certifications: BLS required
- Vaccinations: Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap
- Experience: Must see all ages
- Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days
