Job Summary
- Position: General Dentistry
- Location: Fortuna, California
- Pay Rate: Competitive
- Duration: 91 days
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing with a minimum commitment of 3 months
- Care Setting: Outpatient
- Position Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Patient Load: 16-18 patients per day, 50/50 kids/adults
- Patient Care Areas: General Dentistry
Key Requirements
- Licensure: Active DEA required before start
- Certifications: BLS required
- Board Certification: Not required, Board Eligible accepted
- Vaccinations: Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap
- Experience: Relevant experience in General Dentistry
- Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days
