Job Title: HR Coordinator-III
Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)
Duration: 5 months Assignment

Description:

• Global Mobility Immigration GMI HR Coordinator.
• Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters and letters of support.
• Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines.
• Maintain the recruiting portion of the Green Card process.
• Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees.
• Assist with onboarding reports and subsequent collection of work authorization documents.
• Aid with the creation and formatting of training guides and process maps.
• Facilitate file transfers between vendors.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting routine audits.
• Adhere to department level policies and processes and answer questions for employees.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• You will have a high level of access to confidential and business information and will be expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion concerning all matters, data, and documents.

Desirable qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional environment, with Global Mobility or Immigration exposure considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly the Google suite.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Proven problem solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for stakeholders.
• Proficient multitasking capabilities with a strong emphasis on prioritization and time management.
• Inherent curiosity and a proactive, self-motivated attitude towards innovation and improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills with a talent for fostering robust professional relationships.
