Position Title: CAN - IT - Scrum Master I
Duration: 12 Months  (possibility of Extension & Conversion)
Schedule: M-F,– 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
Work Location:4 days onsite, 1 day work from home
 
SUMMARY:

How much time is being spent in meetings – 2-3 hours per day on average
Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – internal and external
Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No
 
MUST-HAVE Skills:
1.) 2+ years of Scrum Master experience (flexible)
2.) Ability to work with and support multiple pods at once
3.) CSM or PSM certification
4.) Jira and Confluence experience
5.) University Degree is required (Engineering or Computer Science is an asset)
 
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Strong ability to multitask
3.) Very organized and strong interpersonal/relationship building skills
 
NICE-TO-HAVE
 
1.) Previous TD or banking experience
2.) Safe Scrum Master certification
3.) Clarity experience


DISQUALIFIERS – is there any information/experience on a candidate’s resume that would disqualify them from consideration for this position?
-Lots of short contracts (less than 6 months), job hopping
 
Interview process:
