As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical contact for both our external clients and internal stakeholders. In this expert role, you will specialize in our advertising solutions, advising clients on best practices and resolving any technical challenges that arise. We are looking for naturally curious individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at developing creative solutions to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
Expertise in technical troubleshooting across the Meta Advertising & Business ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel).
Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in technically troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Experience with Meta products.
Experience in client-facing roles.
A foundational understanding of coding (note: writing code is not a requirement for this role).
