Summary: This position plays a key role in supporting business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and financial analysis. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and commercial financial performance to inform strategic decisions. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support pricing, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
 
Essential Functions:

• Performs complex analyses and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Conducts analysis of business trends using advanced analytical methods and presents findings, recommendations, and possible actions to support business profitability and maintain portfolio composition.
• Track monthly metrics and analyze commercial operations and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage data visualization tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze commercial data, analyze Data cleaning and present actionable insights that support business decisions and drive commercial performance.
• Analyze commercial data to identify key trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities that support strategic growth and performance.
• Systematically gather relevant information, test business hypotheses, and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives.
• Provide data-driven information to support effective decision-making, problem-solving, and performance tracking across Commercial areas.
• Analyze customer preferences and behavior to help establish informed commercial strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver insights that inform strategic planning and business development.
• Manage reports and variance explanations to areas according to requests.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner and develop data-driven content with distinct narratives for use in infographics, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor and validate data quality across commercial systems, ensuring the reliability and consistency of all analytical outputs.
• Draw conclusions from complex analyses and present findings in a clear and concise manner, tailored to different audiences and business needs.
• Execute any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited institution.
• This position requires two (2) years of relevant experience in functions related to business analysis, data analysis, or statistical analysis.
