Job Title: Operations Clerk-I
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, EST/CST hours
Note: Would prefer someone to work Wed - Sun, (weekend availability is 100% required).
 
Job Description:

• Join a growing team within the Corporate and Catering programs at a leading organization.
• This role is essential for supporting operations, ensuring effective communication with customers, merchants, and Dashers while addressing fulfillment challenges proactively.
• Ideal background: logistics coordinator, vendor/merchant specialist or operations, merchant support, B2B support.

Responsibilities:

• You will support hourly and daily quality management and support across our Corporate and Catering programs - a growing space within client.
• You will execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures, master internal tools, and interact with customers, merchants, and Dashers on a regular basis.
• Your work will be critical to Emerging Categories operations as you work to detect fulfilment challenges before they become widespread and persistent.
• You will be an active contributor to helping launch new pilot initiatives, as we test and build this business. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing contexts.
• Handle last-hour logistics or delivery customer service experience.
• Nice to have: - experience with Slack.
• Bilingual in Spanish for 1 and 1 non-bilingual.

Note: Not looking for someone from a call center background.
