Job Description – UX Designer V (AI-Powered Learning Platform)
Location: Bellevue, WA or Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Duration: 9 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
 
Role Overview:
Delivery Training & Programs team is looking for a UX Designer V to lead the design of an innovative AI-powered training platform for Delivery Associate trainees. This platform will evolve from a classroom support tool into a fully personalized learning system that adapts to individual trainee needs using large language models and adaptive learning techniques.
 
You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Learning Scientists, and Analytics teams to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences that improve training outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design for complex workflows impacting learner experience
• Define and drive UX strategy and vision for both learner and admin experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, SMEs, and Leadership
• Create design artifacts:
• User journeys
• Wireframes
• Information architecture
• High-fidelity prototypes
• Design conversational interfaces and AI-driven experiences
• Build trainer dashboards and adaptive testing experiences
• Conduct usability testing and leverage data/analytics for design improvements
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to and leverage design systems (Figma-based)
• Document design rationale and ensure smooth implementation handoff
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

 
Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for complex systems
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-powered products or conversational interfaces
• Background in EdTech, training platforms, or learning systems
• Experience with adaptive/personalized learning systems
• Dashboard design experience (analytics, monitoring, intervention flows)
• Experience in enterprise or operational/logistics environments
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience working with Amazon design systems
