The North America Business Marketing team develops programs that bring client’s advertiser value to market in compelling, measurable ways. This role sits on the regional team and is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, project management, operations, and cross-functional program execution.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive business marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can easily context switch across priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams. This person will bring structure, momentum, and follow-through to a wide range of high-priority initiatives across the team, while helping manage an always-on pipeline of advertiser success stories aligned with business priorities.

- Support high-priority programs through project management and operational coordination, including maintaining planning documents, scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and supporting meeting follow-up.
- Establish and maintain processes, timelines, and documentation to keep workstreams organized and on track.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder input to evaluate story leads and support clear narratives.
- Use AI to accelerate drafting, synthesis, and iteration across communications and documentation, while applying judgment and verification to ensure quality.
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of advertiser success stories aligned with company priorities and regional business goals.
- Identify and assess story opportunities across channels, recommending stories with strong business and commercial relevance.
- Partner with writers, project managers, marketers, and business stakeholders to develop polished, advertiser-facing success stories
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business marketing, program management, operations, content marketing, or related cross-functional roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and keeping work organized and moving forward.
- Strong project management and operational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to draft presentations, updates, summaries, and other written communications.
- Experience creating structure in ambiguous situations, including maintaining documentation, improving processes, and supporting team workflows.
- Sound judgment in assessing which stories and workstreams align most closely with business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality across drafting, synthesis, planning, and documentation, while applying sound judgment, careful verification, and high ownership of final deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
