Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
Our team is looking for high-performing design leaders to drive both big-picture vision and fast-paced execution, delivering near-term results while exploring future opportunities. This Senior UX Design role focuses on helping transporters safely and effectively deliver packages for our customers, providing clarity on where they they need to go, what they need to do, and the best way to get there. Success requires close collaboration with cartographers, engineers, and product managers
Many of our projects extend beyond digital interfaces, connecting with real-world physical processes
We work hands-on in our design and prototyping studio, deeply understanding customer needs and creating experiences that aim to meet them in the moments that matter most.
Designer will be onsite working with product partners
Success requires close collaboration with cartographers, engineers, and product managers.
Top Must Have:
1. Experience in presenting designs and collaborating with all levels of the organization
2. Experience in identifying a customer’s need, building a product to meet that need, and launching that product
3. Experience in visual design demonstrated through design concepts, case studies, documentation, mockups and style guides
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with driving or wayfinding apps, logistics, or service design
2. Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
3. Experience and practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and designs
Basic qualifications
7+ years of design experience

- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience in identifying a customer need, building a product to meet that need, and launching that product
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
