Job Description
This role is responsible for executing and scaling merchant loyalty program integrations that drive revenue, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
The contractor will manage a portfolio of merchants with active loyalty programs, as well as a pipeline of new partners, ensuring smooth implementation from initial scoping through launch and optimization.
They will own key growth initiatives such as expanding loyalty enrollment, testing new redemption experiences, and running experiments to prove incremental impact on sales and customer retention.
The contractor will act as a cross-functional connector between Sales, Strategy & Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure merchant needs are translated into clear requirements and prioritized appropriately.
They will coordinate complex technical and operational workstreams (e.g., API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and critical dependencies for large enterprise launches), manage timelines and stakeholder expectations, and track performance against targets.
This role is critical to maintaining momentum on high-priority loyalty initiatives, protecting near-term revenue goals, and ensuring consistency of execution while the full-time owner is on leave.
