Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis on complex datasets models requiring customized reports and data.
• Maintains and updates datasets to reflect real-time business developments.
• Creates daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations.
• Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
• Manages small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions.

Education Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

Experience: Min: 4 years of related work experience

• Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity
• Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management

Technical Proficiency:
Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Desired: AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Hdata) and Project, Visio or similar software
