Job Title: Program Manager IV
Location: Remote – California Preferred (Open to EST)
Duration: 6 Months
Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Program Manager IV to lead and scale operational programs within the DSS pRPM team. This role will focus on improving efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and driving data-informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Operations Management
- Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact
- Establish operational systems, processes, and scalable frameworks
- Develop program roadmaps, track progress, and ensure delivery against commitments
- Identify risks proactively and communicate adjustments effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams such as:
- Sourcing
- Vendor Engagement
- Finance
- Legal
- Improve internal processes, templates, and documentation
- Enable effective communication and collaboration across teams
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage relationships with preferred vendors
- Support customized contracting processes
- Oversee:
- Purchase Orders (POs)
- Invoice tracking
- Contract execution
Financial & Budget Management
- Maintain accurate financial datasets and reports
- Ensure operational and financial efficiency of DSS budget
- Provide real-time budget visibility and reporting
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions
- Generate metric-driven reports and insights
- Track program performance and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience:
- Leading programs end-to-end and scaling them
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Using data to drive decisions and improvements
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with:
- UX Research teams
- Finance and Legal stakeholders
- Experience integrating AI tools and workflows into program management
- Demonstrated ability to drive ethical and responsible AI adoption
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience working across global teams
