Position Title: Project Manager I (Mobile App Specialist)
Work Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid)
Assignment Duration: 12 months
Position Summary:
The Digital Lab App Specialist is part of the Digital Lab Mobile App authoring team and will be responsible for creating and updating and routing mobile app content updates for Patient Services Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrable expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). Informal team leadership and managing client interaction.
• Manage updates to mobile app content via AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Partner with internal or external agencies when any design files need updating.
• Serve as the Project originator for routing completed mobile app content updates through the Material Review Process in a highly regulated environment.
• Create/Maintain an inventory of components, template types across the enterprise enabling broad use of successful functionality, layouts, etc.
• Partner with IT business owner on enhancements to components and templates
• Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the AEM content update platform to the mobile app product owner informing the enhancement roadmap.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years exp (prefer 5+ years’ experience) with Adobe Experience Manager managing content ideally headless content.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets.
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
• Skilled at editing and proofreading: Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofing skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
