Our passion to bring our best thinking forward everyday drives our success. We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager contractor to join our Account Leadership team in Austin, TX. The Account Leadership team serves as the front door to the agency and is responsible for fostering relationships with marketing across the Marketing organization. The Account Lead serves as the C2 day to day contact for marketing managers of their respective lines of business, while also acting as the goto subject matter expert for the agency teams. Their insight and guidance are essential in inspiring solutions that successfully deliver on the partners business goals and marketing objectives.What youll do what youre good at: Managing a range of marketing projects, and across various channels mostly digital and owned channels. Establishing strong relationships with C2 peers and marketing partners that result in trust, open and honest communication, and clear expectations. Developing a solid, collaborative partnership with the Account Planner, Creative Team, UX Team, Tech Team and Program Managers to provide a strong and unified point of view to partners. Understanding, articulating and clarifying anticipated outcomes and key metrics relative to key marketing initiatives. Reviewing the teams work to ensure it aligns with the strategy, maps back to the creative brief, and addresses all their marketing partners asks. Delivering feedback that is strategic, clear and actionable for the team. Supporting strategic and creative recommendations with persuasive, clearly articulated rationale and data driven insights. Engaging in prioritization discussions to ensure the marketing partners and agency are focusing on the most important work for the enterprise. Setting and managing expectations for projects and deliverables, and defining risks, tradeoffs and alternative solutions when a pivot is needed SkillsThe ability to collaborate across disciplines and present work effectively A positive attitude and the flexibility to operate in an environment with deadlines and changing demands Insatiable curiosity that drives you to ask why Situational awareness youre a master at reading the room Persuasive, clear writing style An eye for detail Strong organizational skills Resourceful, creative problem solver Selfawareness in the use of verbal and nonverbal communication Eagerness to upskill and expand their knowledge base, driven by a desire for personal and professional growth. A proven track record of success delivering a wide range of large and mediumscale projects, particularly in digital platforms, and successfully getting them over the finish line Experience in highly regulated environments or at a financial institution is a bonus Prior agency experience is a must Qualified candidates have a minimum of 38 years of agency account management or account strategy experience working directly with clients and creative teams A strong solutionsoriented approach, userexperience focus and understanding of agency processes required.
