Job Title: Specialist Quality Complaints
Location: Fully Remote (PST preferred; EST acceptable)

Position Summary
This role supports Client's product complaint system by auditing complaint records, monitoring complaint data, and ensuring compliance with client complaint policies, procedures, and federal regulations. The position involves cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, accurate documentation, and timely processing of complaint activities.

This role supports Client's product complaint system by auditing complaint records, monitoring complaint data, and ensuring compliance with client complaint policies, procedures, and federal regulations. The position involves cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, accurate documentation, and timely processing of complaint activities.
- Ensure all complaints are accurately documented in the complaint database.
- Verify that appropriate investigations are completed and determine whether a complaint is associated with an adverse event or medical device.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, contract partners, and call centers to resolve discrepancies or deficiencies.
- Prioritize complaints and maintain high accuracy in data entry within required timelines.
- Notify relevant stakeholders upon completion of complaint audits.
- Prepare written communications for senior management and team members.
- Perform data analysis and complete assessments to support complaint activities.
- Support weekly and monthly audits as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.
One of the following is required:
- Doctorate degree
OR - Master’s degree & 1 year of directly related experience
OR - Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of directly related experience
- Associate degree & 8 years of experience
- High school diploma/GED & 10 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- Ability to work effectively across different functions and levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple complex projects.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to make sound quality decisions and escalate issues appropriately.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix-managed GMP environment.
- Experience with complaints handling or complaints systems is a plus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct product security assessments within assigned timelines.
- Perform weekly and monthly audits.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional communication and follow-up on complaint activities.
