Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative & Outbound Collector
Location: Ankeny IA 50021
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
 
Note:
Have candidates tested for Customer Service Scenarios. Microsoft Basics, and Basic Typing and include results on submittal.
 
Responsibilities:

• Outbound collections position contacting set area of customers regarding delinquent payments and assists in the collection of past due accounts.
• Make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
• Escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary.
• Credit limit assessments Participate and/or lead monthly conference calls with Field staff (Territory Managers, General Sales Managers, Order to Cash Champions, etc.).
• Meet quarterly goals set at beginning of each quarter (reduce DSO, reduce over Total past due/90+/unapplied cash buckets, etc.).
• Work set # of accounts each day and note all efforts.
• Assist team in meeting inbound service level standard. Hybrid work environment when training is completed.

Must Haves:

• Excel
• Typing speed of 40 WPM

Nice to Have:

• SAP Experience
