Our passion for bringing our best thinking forward every day drives our success. We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager (contractor) to join our Account Leadership team in Austin, TX.

The Account Leadership team serves as the front door to the agency, fostering strong relationships across the marketing organization. The Account Manager serves as the day-to-day contact for marketing managers of their respective lines of business, while also acting as a subject matter expert for the agency teams. Their insight and guidance are essential in inspiring solutions that successfully deliver on business goals and marketing objectives.



What you’ll do (what you’re good at):
• Managing a range of marketing projects, and across various channels (mostly digital and owned channels).
• Establishing strong relationships with C2 peers and marketing partners that result in trust, open and honest communication, and clear expectations.
• Developing a solid, collaborative partnership with the Account Planner, Creative Team, UX Team, Tech Team and Program Managers to provide a strong and unified point of view to partners.
• Understanding, articulating and clarifying anticipated outcomes and key metrics relative to key marketing initiatives.
• Reviewing the team's work to ensure it aligns with the strategy, maps back to the creative brief, and addresses all their marketing partner’s asks.
• Delivering feedback that is strategic, clear and actionable for the team.
• Supporting strategic and creative recommendations with persuasive, clearly articulated rationale and data driven insights.
• Engaging in prioritization discussions to ensure the marketing partners and agency are focusing on the most important work for the enterprise.
• Setting and managing expectations for projects and deliverables, and defining risks, tradeoffs and alternative solutions when a pivot is needed

• A proven track record of success delivering a wide range of large and medium-scale projects, particularly in digital platforms, and successfully getting them “over the finish line”
• Experience in highly regulated environments or at a financial institution is a bonus
• Prior agency experience is a must



Qualified candidates have a minimum of 3-8 years of agency account management or account strategy experience working directly with clients and creative teams A strong solutions-oriented approach, user-experience focus and understanding of agency processes required.
