Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Solution Architect to join a critical platform engineering team supporting client. This role will lead architecture, design, and implementation of advanced microservices, micro frontends, and cloud-native development pipelines. The ideal candidate brings deep full?stack expertise, strong architectural leadership, and a passion for building scalable, resilient, enterprise-grade systems.

Required Experience

• Minimum 20+ years of overall IT experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 7+ years of Java development experience
• 7+ years of React experience
• 5+ years of Spring Boot (MSB)
•  5+ years of Kafka
• 5+ years of MongoDB
• 5+ years of GraphQL
• 5+ years of Redux
• 5+ years in automated testing / BDD
• 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
• 3+ years working in Agile environments

Technical Skills & Responsibilities
Core Skills:
Java 17 expertise with hands-on Spring Boot microservice development
Strong background in microservices architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems
Experience with Kafka and real-time streaming data pipelines
Ability to design and optimize GraphQL schemas and resolvers
Strong MongoDB skills including schema design and performance optimization
Full-stack capabilities spanning backend services, APIs, and React micro frontends
Build optimization mindset — tree shaking, code splitting, caching, bundle size reduction

Architecture Leadership
Lead design, development, and deployment across microservices ecosystems
Architect a Module Federation configuration enabling independent team deployments and shared dependencies
Build a standardized Fenergo (FinCrime) mocking layer supporting API-first development
Optimize micro-frontend build pipelines for complex dependency graphs and high performance
Design cloud-native, scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Implement full-stack solutions including React-based micro frontend federation

Cloud & DevOps
Kubernetes & Helm for cloud-native deployments
Enterprise-grade DevOps practices and tooling
Performance monitoring and system tuning at scale
Work with message queuing systems (Kafka, MQS, Amazon SQS, etc.)
Experience with Webhooks

Additional Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with AI and SQL
Experience consuming and implementing Kafka APIs
Familiarity with both frontend (React, Redux) and backend (Java Spring Boot) architectures

What You Will Do
Architect and implement platform-level infrastructure used across enterprise engineering teams
Enable independent development and deployment cycles through advanced module federation
Create high-performance builds and pipelines from local dev to cloud CI/CD
Collaborate with engineering leaders, product teams, and DevOps to deliver scalable and resilient solutions
Drive innovation and best practices across microservices, data streaming, and UI federation
