Job Description/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Integration, ServiceNow CMDB, and ServiceNow ITSM. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and optimize IT service management processes
Required Skills : ,ITSM, ITOM, Integration, CMDB: - Lead the integration of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM solutions to ensure seamless operations and data accuracy
Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs and enhance service delivery.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for IT service management and integration processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members understanding of ServiceNow functionalities.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience.
Support the development of strategic plans for IT service management and integration initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.
Show capability in developing and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
Display strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Hold a relevant certification in ServiceNow or IT service management, showcasing expertise in the field.
