Job Description
Location: Jayuya, PR.
Pay Rate: $10.50 / Hourly
Shifts: Must have full availability to work rotating shifts based on business needs. Work schedules are subject to change and may include, but are not limited to, the following shifts: Purpose:
The role involves setting up, adjusting, and performing minor repairs on complex production equipment. The incumbent may also operate equipment after set-up or monitor several machines for necessary adjustments to ensure smooth production operations.

Pay Rate: $10.50 / Hourly
Shifts: Must have full availability to work rotating shifts based on business needs. Work schedules are subject to change and may include, but are not limited to, the following shifts:
- Available for training during 1st month on either 1st or 2nd shift.
- Prefers 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
- Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- Shift B: starts between 3:00–6:00 PM, ends between 11:30 PM–2:00 AM
- Must be flexible to work both Shift B and 1st shift.
- Available for overtime on weekends as needed by manufacturing demands.
The role involves setting up, adjusting, and performing minor repairs on complex production equipment. The incumbent may also operate equipment after set-up or monitor several machines for necessary adjustments to ensure smooth production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs on complex production equipment.
- Operate equipment after setup or monitor multiple machines for needed adjustments.
- Check measurements and perform die adjustments.
- Screen, perform visual inspections, and clean equipment and work areas.
- Make labels, bag and tag rolls, and palletize products.
- Use batch trace, wrap and move finished products.
- Monitor production processes, perform changeovers, and update batch boards.
- Discard scrap materials as necessary.
- Operate a forklift as needed.
- Create, maintain, and verify documentation for processes and products.
- Cover other operators during breaks and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read and understand job instructions.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment.
