Title: Courier I
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: 2^nd shift. Mon – Fri. 11 am – 7:30 pm. 
Location: Bristol, TN 37620

Note: MVR must be included in the background screening for this candidate.

Description:

• This will be a full-time service rep position responsible for picking up and dropping off specimens and supplies to and from client offices.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
• In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous driver/courier experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Very punctual with strong time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve customer issues.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs..

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily pickups to your branch.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate the company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.

Required skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Customer Service.

Preferred Skills:

• Courier experience helpful, not necessary.
• Medical background.
