Job Description

Position Title: Patient Services Case Administrator
Work Location: San Diego, CA, USA 92121
Assignment Duration: 4 Months
Work Schedule: Start time flexible between 6 am and 8 am, 8hr shift with 30min lunch
Position Summary: Computer-based administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update Sales Force cases with patient information
  • Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and mail preparation for mailing.
  • Verify insurance information with insurance providers
  • Review documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations

Qualification & Experience:

  • Insurance Billing
  • Medical Records
  • HIPAA Exposure
  • Office Operations
  • SalesForce, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
  • Insurance billing or verification
