Job Description
Position Title: Patient Services Case Administrator
Work Location: San Diego, CA, USA 92121
Assignment Duration: 4 Months
Work Schedule: Start time flexible between 6 am and 8 am, 8hr shift with 30min lunch
Position Summary: Computer-based administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update Sales Force cases with patient information
- Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and mail preparation for mailing.
- Verify insurance information with insurance providers
- Review documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations
Qualification & Experience:
- Insurance Billing
- Medical Records
- HIPAA Exposure
- Office Operations
- SalesForce, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
- Insurance billing or verification
