Job Description

Job Tittle-Project Support Coordinator
Duration-2 Year ( with a strong possibility of conversion based on performance.)
Location-San Diego,CA

4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) onsite at Century Park West

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate customer-initiated projects from planning through completion.
  • Manage project timelines, deadlines, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist Planning Supervisors and project teams with scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.
  • Maintain project records and updates in SAP and other project tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are maintained.
  • Assist with project reporting, documentation, and administrative project support tasks.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all project documentation and timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working with SAP (any module).
  • Experience in project coordination, project support, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
