Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IV
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst IV to support infrastructure engineering operations. This role will focus on supply chain optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient planning, execution, and delivery of critical components and resources.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain analytics, operations, and stakeholder management, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Analysis & Planning
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management
- Monitor supply flow to ensure alignment with project and operational needs
Operational Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Track and manage supply chain performance metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams
- Communicate supply chain status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Support alignment across multiple stakeholders and projects
Process Improvement
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance supply chain processes, tools, and workflows
- Support automation and scalability efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, infrastructure, or hardware supply chains
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Background in process optimization or program management
