Job Description
Role: Senior Change Manager - Oracle Finance Transformation
Location: Complete Remote (Need to work PST Hours)
Duration: 6 + Months
Seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change management (OCM) delivery across two concurrent Oracle EPM Finance platform implementations. Both programs serve our Finance stakeholder community — including FP&A, Corporate Control, and financial reporting teams — making coordinated, expert OCM execution essential to go-live success and sustained adoption.
This is a high-visibility, high-stakes engagement. One of the programs is a restart following a prior implementation attempt, meaning rebuilding Finance user trust and confidence is a core OCM objective alongside standard go-live readiness. The right candidate brings direct experience supporting Finance audiences through Oracle EPM transformations and can operate independently from day one with minimal ramp time.
Key Responsibilities:
At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws. This position’s starting pay is: $ 65.00/hr.

- Own and execute end-to-end OCM plans across two concurrent programs, including change agent network establishment and facilitation, stakeholder communications, training content development and delivery, go-live readiness, and post-go-live adoption tracking through hypercare.
- Establish and manage a Change Agent Network (CAN) across Finance organizations — conducting onboarding sessions, monthly forums, Demos, and super user identification and preparation.
- Design, develop, and deliver a full training curriculum including Foundational Learning, Train-the-Trainer, Super User Training, and End User Training. Own all content development; coordinate delivery with business super users.
- Draft and manage a structured communications plan — newsletters, event communications, go-live communications, and post-go-live reinforcement materials — tailored to Finance audiences across FP&A, accounting, and Finance leadership.
- Identify and actively manage stakeholder resistance, including situations where prior implementation experience has created skepticism. Develop re-launch messaging strategies that address user concerns directly and credibly.
- Collaborate with GTS OCM leadership, product and technical program managers, and Finance business leads to align OCM activities with technical milestones across both programs.
- Incorporate data migration change impacts into training and communications, ensuring Finance SMEs can interpret structural data changes and distinguish expected differences from potential conversion errors.
- Track and report on adoption metrics, training completion, and stakeholder readiness; adjust plans based on feedback and usage data through go-live and hypercare.
- Manage OCM activities across two concurrent programs with overlapping stakeholder populations, sequencing communications to prevent audience fatigue and duplication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 7+ years of change management experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically supporting Finance or accounting function stakeholders through enterprise system implementations.
- Direct experience supporting Oracle EPM implementations within Finance or accounting organizations. Candidates must be able to credibly engage Finance users on EPM platform-level concepts without requiring technical onboarding time.
- Demonstrated experience supporting FP&A or financial reporting platform migrations, including user training design, data model change communications, and adoption tracking for Finance analyst populations.
- Proven track record managing OCM on programs involving a prior failed deployment or organizational trust deficit, including stakeholder re-engagement and re-launch communication strategy.
- Experience independently owning training content development — Foundational Learning, step-by-step guides, quick reference guides, and instructor-led training materials — without reliance on a separate instructional design resource.
- Strong proficiency applying ADKAR or an equivalent structured change methodology in a live program environment.
- Experience building and managing change agent or champion networks across multi-function Finance organizations.
- Strong executive communication skills — comfortable drafting communications on behalf of senior Finance and technology leadership.
- Change management certification — Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting Oracle EPM reconciliation platform implementations
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM concepts sufficient to explain change impacts to non-technical Finance users.
- Experience managing OCM across two concurrent implementations sharing a common stakeholder population, with a coordinated communications strategy across both programs.
- Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand Finance environments.
- Familiarity with SharePoint as a training repository and project communications platform.
