Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Duration: 5+ Months
Location: Abie,NE

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the transportation, storage, and handling of raw materials and packaging to ensure continuous support for manufacturing and production operations. This role includes shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and store raw materials and packaging components to support manufacturing and packaging operations
• Receive, store, transfer, pick, and dispose of raw materials and packaging materials
• Manage shipment of finished goods and intermediates to domestic and international sites
• Handle receipt and delivery of non-productive materials
• Process miscellaneous and non-routine outbound shipments
• Operate an electric forklift to load and unload trailers efficiently
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and perform regular cycle counts
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for all warehouse transactions
• Ensure proper documentation for all materials (raw, packaging, finished goods, intermediates)
• Maintain facility security across all sites (Harbor, CME, Wharf)
• Follow all cGMP, SOP, and CSP guidelines
• Adhere to safety procedures and contribute to improvements in safety, quality, and waste reduction
• Work independently when required with a strong sense of urgency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience operating an electric forklift
• Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
• Ability to perform accurate data entry with speed
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and warehouse best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
