Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager I / Compliance Learning Content & Platform Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Position is Remote - Candidates must work Central time hours - Monday - Friday - 8-5 schedules are subject to change with Client business needs
Interviews will be a 2-tier interview process - 1 with the Position Manager and 2nd with the Director of the Department

Role Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Stakeholders to Define Routine Learning Needs
- Act as the operational hub in a matrixed global environment, aligning enterprise, regional, and local
- stakeholders on learning requirements, deployment timelines, exception handling, and reporting
- expectations.
- Create learning assignments using established rules and audience groups, validate assignment
- accuracy, and monitor processing for global learner populations.
- Upload translated course files, establish content equivalencies, and ensure learners receive
- appropriate regional language options (currently English, Spanish, French, French Canadian, Swedish,
- and Dutch).
- Download, upload, and test new or updated learning packages from third-party vendors. Maintain
- version control and ensure proper retirement of outdated content.
- Review and maintain API-integrated content, collaborate with HRIS / ST teams to resolve integration
- issues, evaluate newly released content with stakeholders, and maintain global equivalencies.
- In collaboration with current support team, ensure stakeholders have timely access to accurate
- compliance reporting and completion metrics.
- Review batch statuses, troubleshoot assignment failures, update impacted worker records, and re-trigger learning where appropriate.
- Define and validate audiences based on Workday attributes (e.g., job family group, job level,
- country). Build learning programs and recurring assignments and support annual/ongoing compliance cycles.
- Prepare learner notifications using approved templates, support translation distribution, and
- coordinate updates for new or refreshed compliance courses in partnership with SMEs and Internal
- Communications.
- Previous experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) environment.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning preferred but not required.
- Experience with Percipio, including content upload or API-based integrations, is a plus.
- Strong reporting and data management capabilities, with the ability to interpret, validate,
- and present learning data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing,
- conditional formulas).
- Comfort navigating digital workflows, technical configurations, and large datasets within
- enterprise learning platforms.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (Percipio/Skillsoft and/or Workday preferred)
- Significant reporting experience, particularly in generating and interpreting compliance metrics.
- Must be an expert in Excel
- Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Education or certification requirements or preferences:
- BA or equivalent years of experience
- LMS and excel knowledge
- Compliance Learning Content & Platform Administrator
