Job Title: AWM – Operations - PWM Ops Client Reporting & Communications – Analyst
Location: 111 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Your Impact:
You will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by supporting the accurate, timely, and controlled delivery of PWM client reporting and communications. By collaborating with global stakeholders, you will help mitigate risks associated with the distribution of confidential and regulatory information while ensuring communications meet firm and regulatory standards.
Through your qualitative analysis, attention to detail, and effective communication with senior leadership, you will contribute to improved transparency, stronger controls, and scalable reporting solutions that support PWM clients and business growth.
 
Our Impact:
The Client Reporting & Communications team is a global organization responsible for designing and delivering strategic solutions that enhance the client experience and satisfy regulatory requirements. We partner closely with PWM Management and stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to digitize, enhance, and govern internal and external client communications platforms.
Our team provides coordination, oversight, and execution of PWM client communications through infrastructure we help design, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery while strengthening the firm’s risk and control environment.
 
How You Will Fulfil Your Potential:
  • Partner with PWM Management, Technology counterparts, and third-party vendors to build and enhance the PWM communications infrastructure and design scalable, systematic solutions.
  • Liaise with PWM Management, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and other PWM Operations teams to create, deliver, and support client communications and reports (e.g., Monthly Statements, Trade Confirmations, Form ADV).
  • Provide pre- and post-delivery support for client reporting and communications to ensure quality and stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail by ensuring communications are consistent, comprehensive, and accurate.
  • Apply a risk management mindset to identify and implement controls that strengthen new and existing processes.
  • Collaborate with global team members and leadership to promote a positive and cooperative work environment.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze, and form recommendations
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience in related fields
  • Effective management and leadership skills (e.g., ability to multi-task, manage high-level stress environment, prioritize/follow-up)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the securities industry; knowledge of Wealth Management brokerage functions preferred
  • Strong commitment to quality controls and procedures
