Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Portfolio ManagementManage the operational pipeline of electrification opportunities sourced from multiple infrastructure portfolios including 50B service upgrades, gas main replacement projects, HPR initiatives, and proactive electrification opportunities.Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility, infrastructure constraints, cost effectiveness, and program readiness.Cross-Functional EngagementSupport cross-functional coordination to move projects through stages including intake, feasibility analysis, electrification assessment, capacity review, incentive evaluation, and execution planning.Operational Framework & Process ArchitectureSupport evaluation of electrification opportunities, including intake workflows, evaluation frameworks, and project tracking mechanisms. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve program efficiency.Update program documentation and knowledge management systems for program continuity.Data Governance, Reporting & Program InsightsUpdate program data systems including centralized trackers, SharePoint repositories, and operational dashboards to reflect current program progress.Design and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide leadership visibility into program performance, pipeline health, and project outcomes.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple program inputs to support operational reporting and strategic planning.Program Infrastructure & Digital OrganizationMaintain structured SharePoint environments, documentation libraries, and program file systems to support efficient knowledge sharing and operational transparency.Program Optimization & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to refine intake workflows, opportunity tracking, and operational governance structures.
