Client is seeking a strategic and versatile, experienced Copywriter to join our team. We aren’t just looking for someone who can write; we need a storyteller who understands the nuance of the B2B landscape and knows how to move the needle for our partners. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across multiple touchpoints. You will translate complex business goals into engaging, sales-driven marketing copy that resonates with professional audiences. From high-energy video scripts and omni-channel digital campaigns to deep-dive training materials, you will ensure our brand personality is consistent, human, and effective. A portfolio is required – demonstrating a wide variety of work across multiple campaigns, including print, digital, social, and omnichannel.
Responsibilities
Omni-Channel Content Creation: Develop high-impact, sales-driven copy for digital (web, email, social), direct mail, and video scripts that drive B2B engagement and conversion.
Brand Stewardship: Interpret and evolve the brand personality, ensuring a consistent voice across all creative outputs.
Diverse Asset Development: Switch gears seamlessly between conceptual marketing campaigns and clear, instructional training materials for internal and external partners.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Process Managers, Brand/Digital teams, and Leadership to execute work that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
Compliance & Precision: Proofread peer content and ensure all communications remain in compliance with company policies, maintaining rigorous audit documentation.
Campaign Management: Monitor and track campaigns through the creative lifecycle, providing guidance and influence to ensure the final product meets the highest standards.
The Ideal Candidate
B2B Expert: You understand that B2B buyers are people too. You know how to balance professional authority with engaging, persuasive prose.
Multi-Faceted: You are as comfortable writing a 30-second video script as you are a 10-page training guide.
Problem Solver: You don’t just take orders; you look at the brief and find the best way to solve the customer’s problem through copy.
Detail-Oriented: You have a "hawk-eye" for grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
At least 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or content writing (with at least 2 years of B2B audience experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of Experience writing for omni-channel campaigns, including video scripts and digital assets.
A portfolio demonstrating high-quality B2B marketing work and instructional/training content.
2+ years experience in the Financial Services or Automotive industries.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and experience collaborating within Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.
Experience in "Sales Enablement"—creating copy that helps sales teams close deals, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work.
Ability to multitask, conceptualize, manage one's own time, create and work directly with other employees—strong creative problem-solving skills
