Candidate profile details:
- Degree/Level of Education: Bachelors Degree in HR, Computer Science or relevant subject required – preferred – experience is more what the manager is looking for.
- Certifications Required: No
- Years of Overall Experience: 1-2 years of overall
- How will performance be measured: Deliverables, quality of work, meeting deadlines
- Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: someone who does exp with form 99. Workday exp, has an understanding of I-9 experience. Expire with E verify, organized, attention to detail not afraid to questions
Summary of the role:
- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities – working of a master spreadsheet with I-9 assigned to them each week, reach out to managers, making sure that everything is correct on the I-9 form.
- How much time is being spent in meetings – training will have more meetings and then weekly there will be 1, one hour meeting
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – Internal stakeholders only
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? YES!
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- I-9 experience – 2 years
- HR experience – 1 yr

The Human Resource Information System Analyst
- Analyzes and maintains system functionality and data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and successful operations.
- This job serves as the liaison between staff and vendors supporting the HR systems.
- Analyzes and maintains system functionality and data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and successful operations
- Supports the HR line of business in a variety of concurrent HR initiatives, special programs, and coordination with other LOB's Is a liaison between staff and vendors and/or Technology partners
- Supports corporate and departmental objectives through effective management of the HR systems
- Responsible for performing data analysis, validations, and audits in HR systems to ensure quality control and adherence to the established procedures
- Will communicate results of analysis, validations, and/or audits as needed to the necessary Customers Ensures the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance
- Participates in issue tracking and resolution activities for HR Systems
- Provides pro-active interaction with internal Customers to assess their needs and how to best leverage the HR systems.
- Will make recommendations for improvements that will satisfy any gaps identified
- Works collaboratively on a cross-functional team or independently as needed
- May establish and maintain up-to-date HRIS functional departmental documentation and standard operating procedures
- Assists other HR Services Representatives in the use of internal systems
- Ensures the safety and confidentiality of Employee data
- Performs routine administrative system-related tasks in support of the HRIS.
- Assists with the identification of new HR needs and software products to fulfil those needs, system upgrades and implementations, data collection and testing
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in the production of drawings and models.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Computer Science or relevant subject required.
- Minimum of 1 year HR experience.
- Prefer experience with Lawson software."
